Welcome To The 3 Rivers CFC

The 3 Rivers Combined Federal Campaign covers Southwestern Pennsylvania, Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. We are the Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities. In 2007 we raised more than $1,044,000 for the approved charities.

This website will offer you a directory of approved charities, a chance to view our national video, download useful campaign materials and overall; participate in helping make a difference in the community in which we live.

Our campaign region includes: Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, Greene, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties (PA). Cities of Belle Vernon, Monessen, and the Township of Rostraver in Westmoreland County (PA). Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel Counties (WV). Belmont and Monroe Counties (OH).

David Cowgill Wins National Hero Award for Second Time

Award winner Dave Cowgill with U.S. Attorney Mary Beth Buchanan

The 2008 CFC Awards Ceremony recognized CFC Regional Hero David Cowgill in Washington, D.C. at the Eisenhower Executive Office Building, on May 31, 2008.

Dave Cowgill, Public Affairs Officer for the VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, was selected as one of the Hero Award recipients for his dedication and hard work throughout the 2007 campaign. Congratulations to David Cowgill!
