WELCOME TO THE 3 RIVERS/PENNSYLVANIA WEST CFC iCan...Now, More Than Ever. The 3 Rivers/Pennsylvania West Combined Federal Campaign (0754) covers Western Pennsylvania, parts of Eastern Ohio and the West Virginia panhandle. We are the Federal Employee and Military annual fundraising effort representing hundreds of Local, National and International Charities. In 2009 Federal Employees raised $1,156,476.09 with 4,353 donors! This website will offer you a directory of approved charities, download useful campaign materials and overall; participate in helping make a difference in the community in which we live. Our campaign region includes: Allegheny, Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Clarion, Fayette, Forest, Greene, Lawrence, Mercer, Venango, Washington, and Westmoreland Counties (PA). Brooke, Hancock, Marshall, Ohio, and Wetzel Counties (WV). Belmont and Monroe Counties (OH). Federations and agencies with representatives in the local campaign area have the opportunity to offer suggestions relating to the operation of the campaign, developed campaign material, and training.
